Join our interdisciplinary group at the intersection of computation, biology, cancer research, and biomedical science. We’re recruiting one postdoc and one PhD student for well-funded, collaborative projects.

Postdoc openings (NCN OPUS)

Position 1 — AI/ML for single-cell data

Background: mathematics, computer science, deep learning

Focus: deep learning & multimodal single-cell data analysis

Term: 4 years (NCN OPUS)

PhD opening (Warsaw-4-PhD School)

Position 2 — ML & spatial transcriptomics

Program: Warsaw-4-PhD School, funded by a Weave-Unisono grant

Background: mathematics, computer science, machine learning

Term: 3 years, with possibility of extension
